As a gold, silver or drinks reception sponsor, your company logo will also be included in e-shots sent to our database, as well as featured on our website and in LinkedIn promotions.
Event supplement advertising
Advertise your company and services to a targeted audience. Given to every delegate, the printed event supplement will include the event programme, speaker information, an advertorial and advertisements. To promote your company or service, the prices are as follows:
Full page – £945 (excluding VAT)
Half page – £630 (excluding VAT)
Quarter page – £315 (excluding VAT)

* Sponsors may nominate one industry guest per sponsorship package. An industry guest is a delegate working within plant protection manufacturing, supply, or agribusiness. The industry guest must not have attended BCPC Congress in the previous two years (2024 or 2025). Sponsors must seek approval in advance by contacting Jane Pearson at [email protected], providing the proposed guest’s name and company. The complimentary industry place may not be used by employees of the sponsor organisation, nor by consultancies, laboratories, regulators, or academic institutions. If the nominated industry guest cancels, the sponsor may transfer the place once to another eligible industry guest, subject to approval. No refunds will be issued for non attendance.
